At the present time, it is envisioned that the Pastoral Succession Process will consist of three phases.
Phase One: Preparation.
Phase Two: Lead Pastor Search
Phase Three: Transition

- Primary Activities: Communicating with Church Family; Development of Lead Pastor Search Team
- Anticipated Timeline: September – December 2023
Phase Two: Lead Pastor Search
- Primary Activities: Congregational Input into Process; Identification and Interviewing of Candidates; Selection of Candidate and Presentation for Congregational Vote
- Anticipated Timeline: January – June 2024
Phase Three: Transition
- Primary Activities: Welcoming of New Pastor; Pastor Bob works alongside of New Pastor; Pastor Bob’s Retirement
- Anticipated Timeline: July – December 2024
